Coffee machine no functional and no sugar

It was close to everything and the communication was good , but never met the person.

Very sterile, no pictures on the walls or ornaments like showed in the pictures. Lighting was poor, not enough lamps etc as can be dark there

A spacious, quirky apartment in a great location. We liked the decor and the deep bath. We could walk to a grocery store. There was a small market one day. The owner gave us handy tips on places toe visit. We enjoyed the subterranean tour and the Etruscan well. There is plenty to explore in this interesting city.

it was a bit tricky finding the accommodation because we didn't realise the address meant we were very close to a landmark, the arc de gigli. There a bit of noise in the alley wa at night,, related to a drinks venue somewhere nearby. Earplugs were useful.

Superb location, spacious and well equipped with kitchen and laundry facilities. Apartment was quiet despite being in the centre of town, and generally tidy and well maintained. Staff were responsive when contacted.

The number of modern power sockets was limited, and food from the previous guest was still in the fridge (the food was not spoiled, but it was a little off putting).

Beautifully designed, clean apartment with great WiFi and practical kitchen area. The blue tiled bathroom was lovely and I had the best shower of my Italy travels here! Loved that it was so near to the centre of town, and in a sort of art quarter with street art, an independent cinema with a bar, and local restaurants (if you follow the steps where the actual apartment is down and to the right). I would definitely stay here again if I came back to Perugia and it would suit remote workers, couples, and singles looking for a modern, clean, and chilled place to base themselves in.

There was some noise coming from the surrounding streets during the night - which we didn't mind - but something to consider if you prefer pure silence when you sleep.
