Boravak u ovom apartmanu bio je zaista odličan. Stan je bio čist, uredan i vrlo ugodan, a osjećali smo se kao kod kuće. Posebno bismo željeli pohvaliti domaćina koji je bio izuzetno ljubazan, susretljiv i uvijek spreman pomoći. Njegova briga i trud učinili su naš boravak još ljepšim i ugodnijim. Sve preporuke za ovaj smještaj – rado bismo se ponovno vratili!

"Everything was perfect!!"

The apartment was in an ideal location, surrounded by greenery and had a beautiful park around it. It was very close to the center and you could walk to points of interest. The apartment comfortably accommodated our family as the sofa became a huge bed when opened. It was very functional and comfortable. The parking was easy and safe. The host was ready to respond to any of our needs.

Predivan stan u predivnom kvartu predivnog Osijeka. Stan je prostran, udoban, s ukusom uređen, čist, praktičan, s predivnom terasom, okružen parkom i zelenilom. Stan ima sve kućanske aparate (male i velike) te je u potpunosti opremljen za udoban i opušten boravak. Lokacija je savršena, sve se može obaviti pješice i istovremeno ostvariti dnevni cilj broja koraka ;) - meni je trebalo cca 20 minuta do Promenade, 35 minuta do centra, 10 minuta do velikih trgovina (Spar, Eurospin itd), 3-5 minuta do najbliže ljekarne, restorana, kafića, pekare... S parkingom nisam imala problema, parkirala sam ispred zgrade te imala pogled s terase na auto. Vlasnik je pristupačan i na raspolaganju za sva pitanja, s jasnim uputama oko ulaska u stan i korisnim informacijama. Ukratko, savršen boravak.

Što reći za Roberta domaćina nego sve najbolje. Jednostavan, susretljiv i na raspolaganju za bilo kakav problem (problema bilo nije). Wc uredan i čist, kuhinja i blagovaonica prostrana soba udobna, kao i kauč. Nakon što smo zaboravili Smartwatch u smještaju, Robert ga je poštom poslao u Kaštela. Svaka čast Roberte i sve najbolje želim
