O quarto é limpo e espaçoso

O pequeno almoço era super limitado, tivemos que pedir mais pão porque só nos foi dada uma fatia, não era um pequeno almoço variado e o sumo era horrível 😢 O Wi-Fi no quarto 31 é péssimo e consequentemente não conseguimos usar a tv Lá tem um spar que tens que agendar atempadamente: as moças do spar são super simpáticas mas, não dispõem de pos para pagamento o que dificulta para quem não é nacional, na sala de massagem eles não tem muitos itens habituais de um spar

Friendly staff, very helpful especially the two guys in the kitchen. Charlotte also friendly but did not have much to do with her. Place is clean and beds are comfortable.

The internet was a bit of a problem so to work and watch tv wasn't that great. Also bring your own log in details for netflix and DSTV. This wasn't a problem, just think they must advise people before hand.

Receptionist poor communication, I reported that their WiFi is not working, promise to report to the management and come back to me, she didn't since check in, no network

The shower drain was blocked. Although the rooms and bathrooms are spacious, the finishes and the design are not great.
