"Great space, very affordable!"

Easy check in and out process, friendly host, great facility, quiet location with balcony, full kitchen, plenty of space, fenced complex across from police station. Grounds were clean and parking was easy (we had a large van). Stayed with a few cheerleaders from high school cheer squad in Vegas for JAMZ Cheer Nationals and we all enjoyed our stay!

We loved it all!

"Poor"

The host was really nice and was available even on Thanksgiving.

The noise around the neighborhood is terrible. Its across the street from the Las Vegas police Dept. I heard cop cars all night long. The neighborhood is sketchy.

"Scam money taken different accomadation offered"

Nothing got scammed money taken and different accomadation offered ring motels in Vegas avoid at all costs and booking didn't step in and help they let it happen lost $975 usd we got robbed

Everything house stinks fridge discusting wouldn't recommend this to anyone book independently ring motels in Vegas and booking done nothing let the owner take $975 for accomadation that wasn't the one I booked we got robbed

The host was amazing, the facility were clean and cosy

It’s quite far from the strip, the neighbourhood was sketchy, but getting in and out of an uber is not a problem at all.
