"It was excellent except of the hot water in the shower.The shower is important to us cause we love to take a bath everyd"

It’s near to the beach,literally just walking for 5mins and you can see and enjoy the beach.

Please fix the heater in the shower. It nearly burn our skin. We coudn’t fix it even we adjust the knob.We just used the small cup to use the water from the sink just to take a bath.

Location is great 10 minute walk to the pier and shops. We were in room 302 and had a glimpse of the sea. Would come agsin but book the ground floor as lots of stairs

Was a bit noisy early hours of the morning, workers loading lorries.

Location was good for BIC...Rooms were very quiet with hardly any external noise.

We had issue with parking as only one bay left and bollard was broken to could not use bay.A neighbour offered there space which brought a whole load of issues but this was not fault of the host.

Great location, very clean and presentable upon arrival! Room was spotless & easy access to building and room with key codes provided before your stay, free parking which was even better! Sea view from the room we was in, great price & amazing help from lady in charge on the day & anything if needed inbetween, I will be staying again I have stayed in lots of hotels in Bournemouth and apartments and this has to be the best one yet! Having the kitchen etc was very useful & had everything we needed for our stay, bed was also very comfortable with tv on the wall with a table to sit at for dinner etc to! Shower was very clean & toilet!

The bed was the best I've ever slept in The WIFI was good also the TV The apartment was clean and very well presented and could not fault. The welcoming card was a very nice touch Many Thanks, Iain
