The location is perfect. Close to everything.Giulio is the perfect host. He makes you feel welcome and help you with everything you need. We really appreciated that we had a new and clean cot for our baby and a minimal style flat which was super suitable for our baby who crawls and grabs things.

Very friendly welcome. Flat in superb central location just 10mins from Station ( and 2mins from superb ice-cream shop). In very characterful old building but very tasteful modern decor inside.

Good location (an easy walk to the city center), and perfectly comfortable. We are grateful to the owner-host for accommodating our imprecise arrival time. He and his wife live 100 meters away, so getting in contact with them is easy and quick.

I dimly recall having two minor quibbles (and if I misremember, I apologize to the owner, who may correct me). #1 Hooking up our electric&electronic devices for power. In every accommodation, on every desk (or whatever convenient surface) there should be a power strip, ideally also with (multiple) USB A and C outlets. #2 In the shower there should be a shelf for shampoo, soap, razor, washcloth, whatever.
