GBGBThe apartment was very clean and modern and had everything you need and the location is quiet and close to the center.
The only thing that bothered me was that paying to secure the furniture was not an option while I was paying the full amount. The payment was mandatory and after I paid the full amount and after the free cancellation period ended, I had two options. I had to choose one of them or the entire amount I paid would be gone. I had never been exposed to this before or after and it was an unpleasant surprise for me.
IElocation is the only good thing about this property.
where to start, the carpet was filthy which was the first thing we noticed. walls in kitchen living area are stained. The en-suite light switch was also missing the front cover so not sure how safe that is. The main thing that was wrong was the heat. Not one person slept that night with the stifling heat, and with windows open made little difference only to be subjected to the ever ongoing noise from the road. We even had the fan on, it’s a weak fan so it made no difference to the heat levels. Keeping in mind the weather isn’t sunny, the building must retain a lot of humidity. The mattress in the bedroom was paper thin as well. and squeaked everytime one of us moved a muscle. Very cheap mattress by all accounts. The door into the living room was very squeaky and would disturb someone sleeping in the bedrooms if being opened frequently.

Lock box might have been a bit low down if someone had difficulty bending.

GBGBPhoned the host and was easily directed to where I could get the keys, stunning apartment within walking distance of Belfast city centre. Small thoughts by host such as tea/coffee, ice in the freezer were such a nice touch. All linens were fresh and clean. Absolutely fabulous value for money. Would suit families, groups of travellers or people with business needs. Can’t recommend this apartment well enough. 11/10
