Muchas cosas no me gustaron entre ellas que faltaba el secador y estuve 3 días hablando con ellos y no me solucionaron el problema y me daban soluciones ridículas en domingo que me fuera yo a comprar un secador que ya me lo pagarían además llovía y no tenia coche.Nunca me trajeron el secador y tengo niños pequeños y teníamos una boda y no pude arreglarme. La casa estaba muy sucia pero muy con telarañas… ventanas sin limpiar, muchos desperfectos, cortinas rotas, puerta de armarios , la campana extractora no va, la tabla de planchar no se queda recta, hay un espejo en el baño a la altura del ombligo que para verte te tienes que agachar, la escobilla del baño rota, faltan utensilios de cocina platos hondos. Sino sabes el funcionamiento de la calefacción no hay instrucciones… toallas y sábanas sucias que se veían usadas por otras personas y olían mal.No hay cerca ni una parada de bus ni hay tiendas cerca para comprar. Bombillas que no funcionan interruptores escondidos que tienes que adivinar donde están para encender la luz.

Stayed here for oasis, BIBILICAL vibrations in this property. Very clean, beds were comfy, the host very accommodating and responsive. Would happily stay again.

Well equipped, comfortable and good location. Gardens needed some clearing and tidying and the front door lock stopped working and needed fixing.

The location was decent; The park and take away places were food. Proximity to public transportation was good. The neighbour to the left of the house was so sweet.

I was instructed to communicate my arrival time(which I did). We did not get the code until we arrived and called the number listed in the listing even then it took some time to get the code to get the key. Once we got the code to the lockbox to get the key, it didn't open smoothly had to fight to get it to open. Trash bin was completely full when we arrived, Nowhere to place our trash. Still wasn't emptied when we left. Heat was not working when we entered called again to get it looked at over a 2day period. The maintenance man came and gave it a quick fix (so thankful). The washer/dryer digital display wasn't clear so we could not tell clearly how long it would take for our clothes to wash & dry.

However, this accommodation was by far the worst I have ever encountered—it wasn’t even 10% close to acceptable standards and was in a truly horrible state. Upon arrival, we were appalled to discover several serious issues with the property, including: 1. Black Mold: There was visible black mold throughout the house, posing a severe health hazard. This is entirely unacceptable for any accommodation, let alone one advertised as “cozy” and “family-friendly.” To make matters worse, after the first night, both my younger son and I developed breathing problems and persistent coughing, adding to the distress of an already ruined holiday. 2. Dirty Sheets: The bedding provided was filthy and clearly had not been cleaned or changed before our arrival. This level of hygiene is simply inexcusable. 3. Broken Heating System: The house was freezing cold due to a broken heating system, which was not functional for the first day. Considering the winter weather, this made the house completely uninhabitable. As a result of these issues, we had no choice but to limit our time at the property. Instead of enjoying our planned holiday, we only used the house for sleeping because we had no other immediate options. The condition of the property completely ruined our Christmas holiday. It was just right for our group as the house was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. The host was amazing super friendly and made sure we had all the little things to feel at home.
