For us it was important how clean is it and the condition. All was good.

The property is in a perfect location, right next to a tram station (Luxembourg trams are absolutely awesome, btw) and to some nice cafes (Stazione Luxembourg is just next door and its awesome as well as some nearby bakeries). The host Mattia was extremely helpful and responsive via the messages, it was very clear how to checkin and use the apartment, we had a little bottle of wine waiting for us in the fridge as a welcome gift which was really nice. The apartment itself has multiple rooms which was helpful to us considering we were traveling with a baby. Also, Mattia nicely provided us with a baby cot which was super helpful. Furthremore, most of the apartment is freshly renovated and nicely decorated. We enjoyed the stay overall!

The floor was a bit squeaky in some areas and we did hear the neighbour kids sometimes both of which was a bit nerve-wrecking as our baby is a light sleeper. On the other hand I guess if we would've traveled without a light-sleeper baby we probably wouldn't notice these things.

Location in city centre was very great for us. You are fast to both oldtown and the city parts.

The appartment nextdoors has neighbours with children that make noise untill after midnight. We are also a family with a child but who goes to bed around 7-8pm, but the noise made it hard to sleep in early. There is an airstrip nearby the city for which airplanes fly over quite low between 7am and 11pm during the day. The appartment is not insulated well enough to cover the noise of airplanes. Also there was only half a roll of toiletpaper left where you would expect spare ones available.

You're in the best spot. All the popular attractions and restaurants are close by.

From 8am to 6am, parking is 2 euros per hour. During high season, it may be difficult to find parking in the immediate vicinity of the property.

Everything was perfect. Very clean, cozy, and comfortable.

Our host Mattia set everything so we had no problem checking in. We could park just in front of the house. We could go around easily and there was little Christmas market just in front of our place!
