Good, convenient location, very quiet and all major attractions are of walkable distance. Accommodating in terms of requests. Provided good suggestions for places to eat. Quality apartment. Would book again when back in Madrid.

The bathroom needs a little bit more cleaning, otherwise else went without a hitch.

Great location, right in the middle of the pedestrian popular center, but not on the main street, so able to rest.

Cheap management. For 10 euros more invested in supplies, the stay would be a lot more comfortable. 2 rolls of already started toilet paper rolls, 1 little envelope provided with cleaning « essentials » like dish soap. No paper towels or kitchen essentials - like salt or sugar. Big kitchen that you basically can’t use for a short stay, as you need to buy everything. The property is not well kept, it’s just a well locate cash cow. Mold on the grout in the barhroom (no ventilator). Smelly shower drain. Bended curtain rack in both living area and bedroom, missing curtains in the bedroom, no possibility of pulling up easily the exterior improvised blinds- so the bedroom felt dark during the day but not dark enough at night/ early morning, to sleep comfortably. Old furniture that looks nice in the picture- just bad quality in reality.

AC was very loud, had difficulty to sleep No additional garbage bag and dish soap

It’s showing 40 square meters which is lie there max 20 , bad is super small 2 people wouldn’t fit sofa is very uncomfortable after back is in pain . Dark hair inside apartment, and funny they left just one peace for washing machine while we was 4 days , and more fun they give one peace for dish wash but it’s not exists there .

Lovely apartment in a great Location

For a short break in Madrid the apartment was perfect.

-- veey food location. 4 mins walk to metro sol and plaza sol. Many eateries and shopping belt nearby. 6 mins walk to gran via. -- very helpful and friendly staff. One of them met us at the apartment and explained things to us. great support and responded fast. Recommended places to eat and extended our check out time. -- they provided extra towels and pillows. -- double panel windows keep the noise from the street out.

-- the bathroom floods after bathing -- bed is a big small -- aircon compressor on balcony leaked on the first day. Also, aircon unit in the room made sudden noise that woke us at night. We rectified by only switching off the aircon in the bedroom but keep the living room one on. -- no tissue and kitchen towels provided.

The exterior of the building is nice. It's in a great area. Just 50 yards from El Cortes supermarket. The interior common areas of the building are restored and beautifully maintained. The interior of the actual apartment is decorated so well I wanted the beautiful vintage furniture! The bathroom is large even for American standards. Two pillows were provided for each person (4 total) which is rare for Europe. Ample towels were also provided. The bedroom is an actual bedroom with an exterior window and two closets. Wonderful amount of light streaming thru both areas of apt. The area is safe and always full of people.

No dishwasher. I am always suspect of utensils and dishes that someone else has hand washed. I also didn't think it was necessary to meet someone to collect the keys. I would rather be at my leisure and collect from a lockbox. Limited counter space in the large bathroom.

Location
