"Nice apartment in a peaceful neighborhood but with not convenient check in time range"

It was close to many places we want to see and it was very spacious, modern with a nice kitchen and comfortable bed.
It has very narrow check in time (15:00-18:00) which is not at all convenient and due to that we had a bad experience because we asked for check in at 12 as we arrived earlier at Budapest and the owner told us it was possible at 12 only if we were paying in cash but without receipt which is something that I have never experienced before.Also we saw dirt around the bed nook.

The location was perfect and it was pretty cheap.
They didn’t reply to my messages, had to call them multiple times for the checkout. There was no internet in the apartman. I could only pay with cash and didn’t receive any confirmation of payment (I had to ask this beforehand as they didn’t disclose this with me). The apartman is in the basement, when I arrived it was 16 degrees inside it took multiple hours to get it to room temperature (23). It was a warm 26-28 degrees outside. The oven was “not working” but in fact the electrical switch to it was turned off. They didn’t let me know about this one either I had to figure it out myself.
