The apartment has a good structure in general, as well as a location in a quiet neighborhood to reach the Convention Center, Central Station, Historic Center, and the Beach (approximately 20 minutes walk from each one).

The apartment is managed by a hospitality company (We Home Apartments) and the service is terrible, not to mention disrespectful. The gate to the apartment is opened using an app, but when I arrived, the internet was not working (and it didn't work for the 4 days I was staying), so the door wouldn't open. When I called the number of the person in charge, the only solution given was to "jump the fence" and open the main door. I can only imagine if I had limited mobility or was in a wheelchair. Since it was raining and I had to go inside, I had to ask for help from the neighboring apartment (they were very friendly), and they helped me get in through the entrance to their apartment. Anyway, the internet wasn't working and when I contacted them, the attendant never responded immediately or returned the calls to solve the problem. He also doesn't know the apartment, so he asked me to turn off the Wi-Fi router, even though the router wasn't even in the apartment (it's in the owner's apartment, on the top floor). I had to insist a lot (argue over the phone) until the owner of the apartment arrived (and he was more friendly), and he gave me the physical key to the gate. Unfortunately, the internet didn't work due to problems with the street (at least that's what they told me), but it caused me financial and commitment losses. Another point to be highlighted is that it doesn't offer amenities like soap or shampoo for bathing. There were also no extra blankets (just a thinner blanket for the bed itself) or thicker ones for the cold.
