Motel AZUR KM36

Excellent roadside hotel with convenient check-in. Friendly staff. The room was very clean. There is a restaurant at the hotel, the food is delicious.

Almost nothing.

In spite that we asked if it's ok that we'll arrive late and they promised us that someone will wait for us with the key, we neded to wait 45 min late in the night to someone to came. They return our call when were back in the car to search for another hotel and the guy who came in his pijama wasn't very happy that we woke him up. Very unpleasant wellcoming! The surprise was that we didn't get the room that we booked. We got an old and dusty room, different from the pictures, old grey towels that we didn't dare to use, smaller mattresses than the bed that hurt your legs, dirty walls and a tiny broken refrigerator. So far from their pictures. On Booking site it says that breakfast is available but when we asked for breakfast we were told that they didn't serve anything till 13:00 afternoon. I am writing this review because I use to take seriously the others reviews and I am checking very carefully the others opinions. It's useful for me and I want the future guests to know for what they are paying.

I couldn't buy cigarettes from there ..I had to go to the petrol station

Ac in good working order and staff very friendly

Room has a 10 kg water heater,if you are not fast enough you will end up showering with cold water .and watter has a muddy smell.

The only good thing was the young man in the reception. He was very kind and helpful. Thanks again.

Nothing was good. Too small room for a family. Old furnitures, uncomfortable beds, no air conditioning, very bad fridge etc. What shouldnt be just for an average comfort stay, it was there!

Extrordinary good staff. Pleasant people!
