Nice apartment. Initial access requires careful attention to video instructions. We had difficulty locating the actual property on the site.

The only pedestrian access is very steep and uneven. Hazardous for elderly or anyone with a degree of restricted mobility. I feel some warning of this should be given in the listing.

"Fijne accommodatie op loopafstand van Burriana Playa."

Het is een fijn en ruim appartement gelegen op loopafstand van het strand. Het heeft 3 ruime slaapkamers en 2 moderne badkamers. Ook de keuken is modern. De rest van het appartement is wat verouderd en basic ingericht.

Höjer och terrassen.

Jag vill påpeka att en strömbrytare var lite trasig i det största sovrummet. Lite farligt. Bör lagas. Duschen vid de andra sovrummen hade lite dålig avrinning.
