"Superb"

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Room was clean and well-equipped. Location was superb.

it was very windy on the day of our stay, and the room's glass windows were shaking and rattling the whole night. It was not a very restful night for me, as I was worried the windows might break.

"A hidden pearl in Odawara Station"

5 mins walk from Odawara Station. Excellent and full set of modern facilities, with kitchen and laundry like an Air B&B. Good size for 4 adults. Bathroom and toilet are perfectly clean Iike new.

Should provide a bigger electrical water boiler instead of a small stovetop kettle.

Walking distance to Odawara station to access taxi, bus, train and shinkasen. Easy to navigate and easy to find food. Room was clean and tidy. Comfortable for a family of 4. Facilities include smart TV and tablet, automatic toilet and bath tub. Better than Tokyo hotels.

"Very comfortable family stay in a great location in Odawara"

Very clean room, perfect for a family with children. Although they only had tatami mats, not Western Style beds, the room had every amenity, including a kitchen and a washing machine.

No staff available from 7pm - 9am
