Sant'Eufemia 30

Our stay at Sant’Eufemia was excellent. The room was beautifully decorated, spotless and the hosts were amazing! The communication was fantastic, anytime I had a question they answers within minutes. I would highly recommend staying at Sant’ Eufemia

I appreciated the WhatsApp communication a few days before I was arriving. Their son met me at the door and kindly showed me how everything worked, plus showed me some free snacks in a little kitchenette. The room was very spacious & nice. Breakfast vouchers could be used at some very close cafes.

Sehr schönes und sauberes Zimmer! Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit in Modena! Francesca die Gastgeberin war sehr nett und zuvorkommend! Werden wir immer weiter empfehlen.

The hosts were very friendly and welcoming, and the apartment was really nice, and close to the center of Modena. We could walk to everything we needed, and we got a lot of good restaurant recommendations from the hosts! Definitely would recommend.

The host Francesca was very serviceminded and helped us to book a taxi, a table at the restaurant and to carry our suitcases. The breakfast is served at two different cafes nearby and it is great to have coffee and a croisant together with the locals.

There is no elevator in the building,but for us it was not any problem. We got a great help from our hosts to carry our suitcases,so it is NOT a problem.

The property had everything we could possibly need for a very comfortable stay! The best part was our host who helped us book tours and provided excellent restaurant recommendations. She made our trip very memorable. Grazie mille, Francesca!
