Room was clean

I was directed to go to luluhomes.com site and reserve parking, which I did;: after parking in the assigned space, my vehicle was towed...of course the facility staff at The Landmark, was clueless since "they don't own the parking lot". When I alerted the host, I was met with an unconcerned attitude and advised of the policies once again! Seems that following the policies is what caused the issue! Worst experience I've ever had. No resolution offered at all...instead I got attitude!!! Will never ever deal with these people zgsin except in COURT!

The apartment was lovely spacious and clean.

The facilities within the complex were not maintained at all the gym was old and most of the equipment didn't work. Very run down and no use. The pool was full of leaves and looked as though it is not cleaned regularly. The apartment could do with oven trays to cook food in the oven. We did get a refund of Ā£23.00 due to the gym and pool Definitely was not worth Ā£144 we paid. I would happily pay Ā£70 - Ā£80 for the the apartment as it is. Nice host and very understanding.
