Such a perfect location, really close to the sea and lots of restaurants! Sonia was so kind and tested us to a delicious breakfast. Thank you so much 💐🎀

Central location close to the port. The friendly host treated me with an Italian breakfast.

The apartment is located very near to the sea and Sanremo central area, it is spacious and equipped with a kitchen , oven , coffee machine and washing machine ; suitable also for long stays. The host Sonia is really helpful and friendly. She offered us breakfast every day in the nearby Caffe Roma. A person worth meeting !

No negative sides . It is only difficult to park nearby in the high season.

The host is a kind person that will go out of her way to ensure that you have an enjoyable stay and are well cared for. Simple and effective communication and the appartment is found spotless and full of little extras such as free drinks The appartment is also located in front of and with views to one of Sanremo´s little hidden plazas, and surrounded by restaurants, shops and supermarkets. It is located two minutes walking from the two main shopping strips and a few minutes on foot from the beaches and other famous locations such as the legendary Ariston Theatre or the always lively Piazza Colombo.

There was nothing i did not like, if you want to be extremely picky you can say there is no elevator, but considering that you get to stay in such a historic and traditional building, you cannot really complain about it.

The apartment itself is great located and luckily equipped with ventilation (very necessary for summer!) From the window you can overlook an energetic area and the beach. But most importantly our host was super friendly! She invited us - both mornings - to a breakfast at her Café and also offered us a drink:)

Keep in mind, that the area you live in is quite crowded. Therefore it can get a little noisy.

Everything is fantastisch!! The owner Sonia it’s an amazing person. Actually I didn’t expected such a perfect place and such a wonderful person.

Everything was perfect for me

The apartment is nice and cosy, it has everything you need, including a washing machine to do laundry. Location is great. But best of all Sonja the host is absolutely fantastic, often going over and above the call of duty.
