BGThe villa is really beautiful, very cozy and decorated with great taste. It has different themed rooms dedicated to painters, writers, countries, etc. The bed was really comfortable, with stylish bathroom, everything you might need for a good stay - they thought of it and provided it. The villa has a reading room, jacuzzi in the yard, a relaxing bamboo zone in the patio, big outdoor pool, beautiful terrace with a beautiful and relaxing view. The breakfast was abundant and very tasty. But most of all I liked the staff who were super friendly and welcoming. I felt like a royal staying in this villa. I loved the peace and quiet and the goodnight sleep one can get at this place.
LUA localizaçao é excelente, num ambiente calmo, relaxante e no centro da cidade. Os funcionários foram muito simpáticos e prestáveis. O pequeno almoço foi muito bom e feito na hora e sem demoras. Os funcionários sempre atentos e disponíveis.
Alguns pequenos ajustes para um estabelecimento em início de atividade: seria agradável disponibilizar aos hóspedes uma toalha de banho para os pés (bath mat) e um chuveiro junto à piscina.

GBI booked a room at the ZEN & ART - Alojamento de Charme for a colleague who was on business in the area. Unfortunately, he became ill during his stay, but the staff were amazing and ensured he was OK. They even made him chicken soup, then rice and turkey when he was able to eat again. Excellent service in a superb hotel.

CAIncredible hotel, great rooms, ours had a nice deep bathtub and a very comfortable bed, quiet area, friendly staff - I have nothing bad to say. The breakfast was huge - fresh fruit, cereals, yoghurt, coffee, bacon, eggs, and more. Can't wait to come back and stay again for longer next time.
