Amount of rooms and space the location. the fact that if I called the property manager with an issue they addressed it and were very kind and kept me up to date on the progress. I've stayed here before but not sure if I will again. Seems to need some things updated. Suggestion: place a book in the home with directions on TV, Internet, Trash pick up days, what to do before you leave. Its seems to be helpful at other houses I've been to.

The flies, not sure if it was the season or what but we arrived with like 20 flies flying around. The second floor AC was not working, a repairman did come out the next day got it working and then it stopped that night. The living room TV never worked, kept saying off line.
