Very clean, very nice decor, well stocked with the little things you forget you need (we had some left over food in the fridge and there was some cling film so we could wrap it and take it home)

I prefer being on the top floors of flats/apartments; Thats just me, I am someone who loves a good view. Nothing against the apartment at all.

Lovely and spacious place to stay for a couple nights, whilst visiting family. It is just as the pictures show and you are given clear instructions beforehand of how to get access into the building. Defintely will be staying again in the future.

Very comfortable stay, well equipped kitchen and great to have good parking.

The comfortable bed and the thoughtfulness in leaving milk and biscuits also dog food should we need .The bathroom was well equipped and spotless. The location was excellent close to the city centre and also close to mutton cove and smashing views over the river to the cornish coves.

There's nothing to not like

Best stay we’ve ever had! Host was amazing, really did go above and beyond! There was everything you could think of to make your stay feel ‘the home away from home’ The balcony was a beautiful added touch. Parking on site and perfect location. Tesco express straight opposite and a massive cricket field to walk the dog. Was perfect for the dog. Walking distant from the town and Devils Point. If you’re looking to go away to Plymouth, with or without a dog it is the perfect place to book!

The apartment was really lovely - perfect for my daughter and I for her uni visit. It's really well equipped, comfortable and is in a great location
