HOST4U - CASA CLAUDIO, Appartamento a Melegnano con Garage Auto

We made our reservation on a Tuesday and were supposed to check in Saturday. The Host4U representative, Matteo, reached out immediately after they received the payment to notify me that they will give me check in details 1 day prior to our check in(we were 4 people), however came Friday and the didnt bother to send an email to confirm or give any instuctions. He did not respond to my message in our Booking chat for the entire evening and the next morning(when 1 of us was supposed to travel ~500km by car to get to Melegnano while the rest of us had a booked flight from Bulgaria). I tried calling them on the listed phone(both the evening and morning but they did not bother to pick up and even denied my call on Saturday). We didn't know if we would have anywhere to sleep, even though we had already paid the full amount for the booking. At 9 AM on the check in day(which was supposed to be at 3 PM) I had to call Booking Customer Support to try to reach the man. No need to mention that the support rep said they tried to reach Matteo 3 times but he didn't answer. At about noon, Matteo mesaaged me, saying that they will provide check in instructions later(?????) when we arrive. Since 1 of us(my mother) was travelling by car, they were there around 3:30 PM and checked in but we were only given sheets(or blankets fpr that matter) for 2 people(even though since the beginning we noted that its 4 of us). My mother had to beg in WhatsApp for sheets and it appears that she was very botherong since Matteo told her to be happy that she got the keys when she was first to arrive(after check in time on the day of check in????!!!!!). I need to note that when we arrived in the evening, extra sheets were left in front of the door. I hope Matteo was not bothered a lot for that as the sheets appear to have been in the garage downstairs(we saw the extra new sheets stored there when we parked our car). Unfortunately, we found hair in one which, honestly, can happen.

Domacin nam nije otvarao vrata zgrade nego je rekao da u 1:30 ujutro zvonimo drugim stanarima da nam otvore dok su nam oni prijetili zvati policiju zbog uznemiravanja.
