GBThe location of the property is excellent, with only a 20 minute or so walk into the city centre with lots of amenities nearby. The size of the property was great and perfect for our group
The heating was on very high when we arrived and despite turning it off, would turn back on incredibly high. During the spring/summer months this is not ideal. The water in the shower went cold before all our guests had chance to have a shower in the morning - possibly related to turning the heating off? We stayed in one of the double rooms and the mattress was incredibly hard and uncomfortable - a mattress topper would help with this. Other than in the two bathrooms, there was only one small mirror in one of the bathrooms which made it slightly difficult for us to get ready.

The smoke alarm decided to beep all night on the first night, needed a new battery, owners sorted this swiftly the next day.
