"Great potential needs work"

Very comfortable bed. Good view. Our room was on the second floor, and we enjoyed looking down into the jungle. Breakfast excellent and other food we had was very well prepared.

Most of the appliances in our bathroom did not work properly the toilet could not be flushed . The man who came to repair it had a car key instead of a screwdriver and so was not successful. My husband lifted off the back every time we needed to flush it and held down the lever that was broken. No one followed up. The shower was at most lukewarm. They said they were fixing it soon, but we left without showering again. The outside of the hotel needs immediate attention as it is stained and needs cleaning and sweeping. Such a shame for a nice hotel

La ubicacion es perfecta. las atenciones, la vista de las habitaciones , el personal y el desayuno excelente.

Podrian mejorar el acceso a las habitaciones porque hay muchas escaleras.
