Casa 1800 Ataco Hotel Boutique

We absolutely loved the facilities. It was a beautiful stay in Ataco 1800, the views were a little bit clouded over due to burning of sugarcane & the off season. Over all the property was incredibly beautiful.

Our specific bed had a very heavy blanket on it. It was not very comfortable at all. When ordering some of the meat choices for the steak, the staff didn’t know what the cut of meat were or why they were different prices.

The place is really nice, the room was pretty big and the food was great. Really liked the breakfasts.

The street you have to go through to get to the property is in a really bad state, you can access with any type of car but is has a lot of holes.

Attentive with my family. For starters booked the wrong location. Booked in Ataco but really needed the one in Naranjos. When we arrived late into the evening dreaded the 2 hour drive the same direction we had just taken. The staff did the impossible to adjust between themselves because we did not qualify for a refund through booking site. They went beyond the call of duty for us. Tremendous help really because we were traveling with two little ones and were beyond tired. That same evening enjoyed dinner and drinks and their staff there was also incredibly nice. Will be back for sure!
