The old lady (cleaner/receptionist) was very nice though. Located in Khayelitsha •Very small dark room NO VENTILATION WHATSOEVER. •No privacy the only way to let air flow into the room is by opening windows where people can see you and basically peep as the walkway is very busy. •The fridge is was not working my partner had to wire it up for it to work and we can atleast store cold water. •The garage door or garage is not working expect to park your car in the sun outside the yard. •No air conditioning or fan atleast which is madness in the hot Cape Town climate. •The corridor/ walkway to the room is filled with loads of unwashed laundry, pieces of used up soap, old slippers that should be thrown away and basically things that should be put into a he trash.

No water in the room you are expected to drink from the tap. • The owner had a lovely concept just terrible execution.

The privacy and comfortable space

Lack of staff, no storage, no kitchen in the room besides a mini fridge and no other appliances for food besides a microwave and kettle which was located outside the room in the foyer. Felt unsecured due to a broken garage gate that could not close. Came back one evening to meet 2 mice inside despite all windows being closed; a mouse hunt to get rid of them and footage of this I do have. No outside braai or entertainment area available. No shuttle to move around and had to uber or walk. Uber eats and Mr Delivery does not deliver to this location. Struggled to locate property as no number was not on the wall. Owner is very unprofessional.

Location is okay and safe.

I booked online and they didn't check that I was coming that day so I had to wait while they prepare my room which wasn't that clean.
