We liked the pool and beach access. Also, the room was very clean. The area was secure.

The bed was lumpy. I would have liked more bath towels and would have liked beach towels to be provided. I would of liked my shopping and restaurants to have breakfast.

We had a very negative experience. One of the main issues was the security personnel. The security lady was extremely rude, which set a frustrating tone for my stay. Her manner was unprofessional and made me feel unwelcome.

We paid extra for a ground-level unit specifically for easy access to the swimming pool, only to find out upon arrival that the pool has been closed for over two months. There was no proper notification about this closure prior to our booking or during the reservation process, which feels quite misleading.
