Provide extra mattress if possible ,exmple- toto A/C ...one of the rooms battery 'kong' so we have to replace the new one

MYWe came in ard 2.45pm and yet the cleaning was still going on even we have requested in advance to check in earlier ard 2pm. Moth balls are all over in the toilets. Swimming pool was dry and we were expecting it's all ready for the guests to use it when we check in.
