Location was good.

No basic welcome pack provided. Nowhere to put our bathroom stuff as no shelves at all. Worn out furniture downstairs and cobwebs down the side of one cupboard. No soap up or downstairs as promised. The table and chairs outside were very dirty. Only room for one car so had to pay a lot for parking our second car in a car park.

Short walk to York centre. Warm and comfortable with everything we needed.

There's a large gap under the cooker front near the floor. A small dog could go under there and chew wires

A great quiet location within 10 minute walk of city centre. There were plenty of parking spaces an we usually parked out the property.

Perhaps a little on the expensive side.

Excellent location for easy walk into City Centre. Also very close to local restaurants. Great being able to park directly outside too.

Some slated blinds would be handy for privacy in the main bedroom, rather than keeping curtains closed when getting dressed. No problem at all, would just be a bonus.

Location

The leaking kitchen roof when it rained and the house needs a deep clean not just a tickle with a feather duster. There were cobwebs in several places on arrival and they were still there after the weekly clean.

This house is excellent. Good facilities and in a good location. The kitchen is well equipped there are 2 living rooms and TVs so would be good if 2 couples or family group.

It would benefit with having a shower mat as the shower gets a bit sloppy.

Excellent location, just outside city walls with good access to the river. Super facilities for a dog. Really cosy and comfortable.

The tumble drier function of the washer dryer did not appear to work.
