Villa Zeitoune - 8 pers - Piscine - Marrakech

Our stay at this villa in Marrakech was extremely disappointing. From the moment we arrived, we did not feel welcome at all. When you travel to another country and book accommodation, you expect hospitality and warmth — unfortunately, we experienced the complete opposite. The atmosphere felt cold and uninviting. One of the most frustrating rules was that no guests were allowed to visit us — not even during the daytime. It felt less like a holiday villa and more like staying in a prison with strict surveillance. We understand having policies, but this was excessive and uncomfortable. They also required a €500 deposit, and we were constantly warned that any small mistake would result in deductions. Instead of relaxing, we felt anxious the entire time about losing our deposit. To make matters worse, we arrived at night and the villa was completely dark. All lights were turned off, and no one explained where the switches were. It took us almost 20 minutes just to figure out how to turn the lights on. The place felt eerie and unprepared for our arrival — not the welcoming experience you would expect after a long journey. Overall, this was not a pleasant stay, and I would not recommend this villa to anyone looking for a comfortable and welcoming holiday experience in Marrakech.

It would’ve have been lovely is it was well kept and looked after

Staff hardly spoke English making it feel unhomely, lots of things wrong with the property like windows and doors that don’t shut, dishes that were unclean, the glass in the pool, no gas to cook with, and generally unreadiness for someone to live in.

La piscine, les chambres, le service du personnel.

Son emplacement, un peu éloigné de tous les commerces, restaurants etc… il faut avoir sa propre voiture.

Excellent rapport qualité/prix. Villa bien équipée avec un personnel très professionnel et très gentil surtout Mme Nora

Un petit bémol : l'odeur des égouts dans les toilettes (c'est un problème général dans la region)

La maison est exceptionnelle très propre un calme inédit vraiment tout pour un repos idéal je recommande a toutes personnes et surtout en famille. L'accueil très chaleureux merci au propriétaire pour son professionnalisme et sa gentillesse

Absolument tout ! Villa insalubre ! La villa est dans un état déplorable, l’installation électrique est dangereuse ! Prise non fixés voir scotché ! Fils dénudé ! À des années lumières des photos ! Propreté extrêmement sommaire ! Cheveux par terre, lits sale, salle de bain avec de très forte remontées d’égout ! Impossible de prendre une douche avec du débit ! Extérieur non entretenu ! Bref un séjour gâché, nous somme partis 24heures après l’entrée des lieux !
