Very Convenient and everything you expected was available. Its a very comfy place and for a small Family a perfect place to stay with all Amenities and Shopping centres etc. Lots of restaurants around too

The Hot water control could have been better. Though the host quickly able to resolve the issue i still feel Hot water should be available all the time. Still a great service

The location was good (walking distance) for getting to the main Reading Station. The apartment was pretty well equipped and had pretty much all the main things you would expect.

Despite other reviews saying it was clean, sadly we did not find this the case. We were told that it was the cleaning company was the issue but things like grime that has built up on the shower screen, thick dust on the skirting and other surfaces with dust does not indicate it had been cleaned properly for a while. I would not judge it as a luxury apartment as the bedroom door would not close, the lounge door wouldn't shut properly and the handle was broken. The shower screen seal was old and dirty. The door handle in the bathroom had been amateurly repaired. Cupboards in the kitchen had the laminate coming off in multiple places and the sealant around the hob was a complete mess. The painting that had been done at some point left paint on the fixtures and fittings looking really messy. Not luxury but could be fixed. There was only half a roll of tissue in the bathroom and no cleaning products other than one bottle of bleach. The master bed had the slats installed upside down so had a real dip and was uncomfortable. On top of this there was no bedding for the sofa beds - well actually we found one set on the second night under the bed in the master bedroom. We tried contacting the host about the bedding as soon as we arrived but did not get a response until the following morning so my children slept in their clothes! We did have contact on the second day but did not want cleaners going in but did expect bedding. The host lied about having gone into the apartment during the day and putting the bedding for the sofa beds under the master bed (isn't that strange!)?? Actually I had seen it the first morning when I was checking why the bed was uncomfortable but did not realise the bag was for the sofa bed. Also there was only one set, when we asked about a second set we were basically accused of over occupancy because we wanted to use all four beds. These are all things that will hopefully be sorted for the next guests.

Comfortable property with parking. 15 min walk from the centre of Reading. Good communication with owners.

Parking for a second car was a little expensive.

Location is close to center of town.

Clean and tidy good location

Easy parking by door. Central location but quiet cul de sac. Well equipped kitchen . Homes with families around made it feel very safe for lone female traveller.

It was great location, short distance from the river which we used to have a little run and then from the city centre which we wandered into in two occasions. We used it as a base to travel to a concert in Englefield House which was a short drive away and around £16 in a taxi which was great.

Great communication with the owner who sorted out the hot water for us when there wasn’t any.

Clean and tidy flat with all facilities.
