Surtout un bel emplacement : balcon donnant sur les canaux et au loin la mer

Manque dans l'appart: un lave-vaisselle, pas assez d'éclairage et pas de haute aspirante dans la cuisine, A revoir les couvertures tâches de sang et manque de netteté pour les alèses du lit. Sinon l'appartement serait convenable.
