Very comfortable Appartment, superb host. We felt very welcome. Even though our flight arrived in the middle of the night and we had a delay, our host was still there to greet us! The location is very convenient with private parking and a nice balcony with a view to sea.

I highly recommend this property to anyone visiting Muscat. The owner was incredibly hospitable and helpful throughout my visit. The apartment itself was spacious, comfortable, and impeccably clean, providing everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The added amenities like access to the pool, gym and private parking were a delightful bonus, adding to the overall comfort and convenience. Another of the highlights of this property is its excellent location, which allowed us to easily reach all the major attractions in Muscat without hassle.

The building and apartment is very spacious and clean. The furniture is modern and new. I would compare this apartment to a 5 star luxury suite as it ticks all the boxes for a traveller that likes a super comfortable stay with all the necessities one needs to feel comfortable abroad.The host is very helpful and friendly. The location is walking distance from restaurants, coffee shops , bank and supermarkets.
