Capital O Nacogdoches - Hwy 59 & SW Stallings

So I did not actually spend the night here. My hotel's hot water was out so they sent us to this hotel across the street with the same owner to shower. That was plenty of time to form an opinion. As others have said, the carpet was disgusting. LOTS of stains. NO elevator. Hallway was hot and stinky. I wouldn't pay more than $40 to stay here.

Hotel seems pretty dated. My room was located in the back and actually had a small whirlpool tub which I did not use. Furniture in the room was worn and dated and the carpet, well, it had big black marks and black stains on that had been tried to cleaned off but failed, on the plus side of the marks/stains is that they did not track around the room and enlarge. Bed was surprising comfortable. The ice machine close to the room was broken and I just did without instead of wandering this hotel looking for another one.

Really trying to be nice here. Stayed there one night,May 12,2017. it was SFA graduation weekend so options were limited. The staff was friendly and helpful,the bed was clean and comfortable and the bathroom was clean and functioning properly. Those 3 things are the only reason I can give it 2 out of a possible 5 points. The carpets are old and stained. The AC worked well at night but it was straining at 6pm. The room Wi-Fi never worked. Could only connect to Wi-Fi in the lobby. The fruit and cereal were the only things edible at the breakfast

Carpets in rooms are disgusting, stained, black. Bed like laying on concrete. Clerk tried to say the carpets are clean. There is no excuse for no warning. Our coach blocked the rooms. We had stayed here two years ago and it was fine so I didn't bother checking reviews. Regretting that now.

The carpets are the nastiest I have seen. Huge spots in both rooms I stayed. Had to leave first room because of too many roaches. Manager not willing to help me out for my midnight transfer. If you only care about cheap, this place for you. If you want value, not so much. Place needs overhaul.

We have stayed at this hotel for the last 4 years. This year we brought 22 people, which was 10 rooms. We called 2 months in advance and reserved a block, and specific rooms, all together. We were told by the manager "no problem" and we were guaranteed the rooms we requested. We checked in and were told none of the rooms we were told we had were available and they put us all over the hotel. One story we got was the AC wasn't working in those rooms, then the next story we got was people were already in them which was not the case at all. They did absolutely nothing to accommodate us even though they guaranteed us our rooms! And what was worse, they didn't care. The carpets in the room were disgusting and dirty. The hot tub wasn't working (they did finally get that fixed, one of our friends toilet over flowed and it took an hour and a half for them to get that fixed. This will be the LAST time we stay at this hotel, after 4 years this time has been the worst ever!
