No Hairdryer
GBIt was convenient for our stay during a family wedding. Nice and fresh accommodation.
There were no fans and the temperature in the property was in excess of 30 degrees. We could not open the bedroom window which was unbearable. The property had literally 2 sheets of toilet roll and the microwave was dirty and smelling of curry. Not enough towels were provided for 4 people. It stated there was a hairdryer but was not one anywhere in the property.

No hairdryer as stated in advert Broken sofa (front missing and placed on coffee table for some reason) Bedroom window didn’t open and no plug supplied with fan which meant you couldn’t use it. No communication or response

Other than a few marks on the walls and a split in a sofa cushion it was perfect - but this did not effected my stay in anyway
USI will absolutely stay here again. Location was nice, except for the traffic light beeping that can be heard inside.
There could be more trash cans around. Also, if you are more than 6ft tall, this is not the best place. The shower is raised about 12 inches off the floor and if you are more than 5'11" you WILL hit your head on the ceiling.

Lots of messages sent on the day of check in to send a £200 security deposit before giving any check in information. I had a young member of staff travelling for work that day, I was at work and had to come out of work to pay the deposit before my staff member could leave to travel to the property which was 3.5 hrs away. A message prior to the day of check in to pay the security deposit would be a significant improvement. Check out was at 10am and I am still yet to receive my security deposit back which is slightly disappointing given the urgency and demand to quickly send the deposit on check in day. Sadly one downfall of this property was that my young staff member felt a little uneasy as homeless were sleeping in the door ways at night.
