"Alles super, aber kein Spülmittel vorhanden"

Sehr nahe Lage am Bahnhof und netter Besitzer. Es war alles sauber und vor Ort gab es einen Kühlschrank, Mikrowelle und Wasserkocher. Alles top!

Es gab leider kein Spülmittel. Für eine Nacht war es für uns kein Problem, aber bei längeren Aufenthalten wäre eine Lösung hierfür notwendig um das Geschirr zu spülen.

In centro comodo a tutto Pulito ordinato e ben organizzato Microonde a disposizione Frigorifero piccolo a disposizione 4 Cuscini lenzuola pulite e morbide Presa corrente vicino al letto ambo due i lati. Box doccia grande. Il proprietari molto gentili e disponibili. Ci tornerò sicuramente se passo da La Spezia! Vale veramente la pena!!!

"Una comoda notte a La Spezia"

Gestore disponibile, cordiale e professionale. Risponde sempre ai messaggi e comunica quanto serve per il soggiorno. Ottima posizione. A pochi minuti dalla stazione fs e dal centro della città. Noi abbiamo fatto giro alle Cinque Terre parcheggiando proprio vicino alla struttura. Casa pulita e ben insonorizzata dai rumori della strada.

La posizione e la cortesia del gestore

Alcuni aspetti di manutenzione (seggetta del water rotta) e della pulizia ( incarti del sapone e bagno schiuma lasciata sulla parte superiore del diffusore della doccia), dimensioni del letto non adeguata per persone di alta statura, scale di accesso estremamente trascurate.
