ZANothing. First of all, false advertising, you said you guys have a hot tub but it wasn't there. The braai place you said its available it wasn't for us but the entire unit and its 1 braai place for many people and the booking sucks 🚮 And then the guy Kiran is so rude he can't communicate well with his tenants thats not how you interact with people who are renting your place The bedding was so uncomfortable, it was breaking into 2. The sitting room, the carpet was dirty and not spacious The cleaning lady came exactly at 10h00 where on the website it's written we can checkout before 11, meaning even at 10h59 we were able to do the checkout we had to get ourselves ready outside the Grove how is that fair? Yet we paid in full we didn't owe you anything but your treatment was bullshit

ZASince we were travelling with kids the apartment located on the ground floor was very convenient and safe.
I requested a baby cot which I found in the apartment upon my arrival but the mattress has no sheet 🤷♀️ The bathrooms weren’t properly cleaned and the shower water pressure is disappointing for someone who likes showering. There were also cockroaches and no cleaning detergents.
