Unit had a great sea view despite the beach front Hotel blocking a substantial part of it. It was well equipped, clean and modern. Property management staff were resolute and helpful.

There is no extractor fan - frying becomes a challenge. There are no air cons - the rooms become very hot during summer. There was only dish washing liquid available - since it is a self catering unit. - it is understandable. Include detergents in your list of things to buy. There is a dish washer and washing machine.

Location was great, flat was awesome. Only complaint was trying to get hold of the agent for the entrance code to get into the building from the parkade. But once that was sorted, all was great. We will be back 😎

Better instructions as to accessing the building. The man my wife phoned, to get the code, was quite impatient when giving her the code. The keypad was quite dark & it was not easy to see at first.

The location of the apartment was absolutely perfect for our needs - we were attending a conference at the Diaz hotel across the parking lot. The view is beautiful, and the couches and bed were very comfortable. The shower also had fantastic water pressure, which was an absolute pleasure.

We were supposed to have been 4 visitors, but we were only given one set of keys. As it was, two of our guests couldn't make it, so it was less of a problem. However, it was still a bit difficult and insecure not being able to lock up after I would go to the apartment if my husband was still at the conference, as happened a number of times. The property also comes with a lot of fines warnings - make a noise, you'll be fined. Put rubbish in the wrong area, fined. Fines for bicycles, skateboards, children pressing buttons in elevators. It felt like if you put a toe out of line, you'd be fined. We weren't the type of people to do any of those things, but it made for a much less relaxed atmosphere.
