I recently had the opportunity to stay at a homestay in Aurangabad, and overall, it was a pleasant experience with a few areas that could use improvement. Positives: The stay felt very homely and comfortable, which made it easy to settle in and relax. The host Kshitiz was incredibly warm and welcoming, always ready to help and ensure a smooth experience. The location is centrally situated, making it convenient to access major attractions and amenities in the city. It was also economically priced, offering good value for money.

Areas for Improvement: The entrance to the property was often muddy and waterlogged, which made coming and going a very inconvenient, especially during rains. The bed in the master bedroom has clearly seen prolonged use, as it sinks in the middle and affects sleep quality. The washroom could benefit from a proper upgrade, as some fixtures and fittings are outdated and not functioning optimally.

It is near railway station, there are plenty of restaurants nearby. This stay can accommodate atleast 5 people. Owner arranged for cab to ajanta and ellora caves at reasonable price. Since this 2 bhk property with lawn, there is no disturbance of other guests. Rooms were furnished and full of amenities.

We had a wonderful stay at Its Home - Stay! The value for money is excellent, and the communication with the host was smooth and responsive throughout. The accommodation itself is incredibly cozy and truly feels like a home away from home. The neighborhood is interesting—peaceful, yet with plenty of amenities, including great places to eat, drink, and even a pharmacy. The place also features a lovely small terrace and garden, which is perfect for relaxing in the evenings. We stayed here while exploring the Ajanta and Ellora caves, which were absolutely fascinating. This accommodation was the perfect base for our trip, providing both comfort and convenience. Highly recommend it

If you want a place clean, safe and family friendly that too with a reasonable price then this is the best place to look for. The host was very nice and professional. Overall it was a great experience.

There is no washing machine. It should have been.

The location is superb and surrounded by facilities at walkable distance. MSRTC bust stand and Siddharth Garden and Zoo is at 3 min walk. Railway station is just 3km away. It's Home stay is 1BHK property at Ground floor with surrounding open space and trees.
