Aircon would be great as Ballito is quite humid, but the fans were a breeze.

The location

The unit was not as clean as expected. No aircon in the living area as advertised. Toilet seat in main bathroom is broken. Curtains in the main bedroom is coming off the railing because the end caps are missing. The shower/tap mixer in the main bathroom doesn't work properly and the screen on top of the bath doesn't seal properly.

Loved that it was located on the beachfront with easy access via the beach gate. The place is close to the checkers so you could just walk up to it. We didn’t hire a car out and relied on uber but the place was very central we could walk to restaurants. The accommodation was well equipped with extra blankets and some games that we played which was a nice touch. Well designed kitchen with everything that you need to be comfortable. Very clean and spacious place

Not a big deal but where you collect keys and where the apartment is is about 1km distance.
