Mooi luxe en schoon appartement met heerlijk groot balkon. Verschillende restaurants dichtbij en Lidl is 7 min. lopen. Heerlijk zwembad met voldoende stoelen. Parkeerplaats in garage is ideaal.

It was comfortable, big apartment with all equipment you need. Big terrace and amazing view from it.

It was a little bit cold, because the apartment was in the shades. Hairdryer and knifes could be newer, but it’s okey.

Lovely apartment, with everything we needed would 100% stay here again

Wouldn’t advise a big car for parking, it’s very tight driving in the underground garage!

The hosts were very accommodating, we had a flight delay and the communication with the hosts was excellent, and we were able to keep them informed of what was happening and vice versa. They went above and beyond to meet us and let us into the apartment. Bart showed us around, parking and pool etc. The apartment was well turned out and clean. Is central in a good location. Situated in the middle of the building so good view over the pool and out into the complex. Lovely roomy balcony with settee and dining table. Items were available from previous guests so you don’t have to buy everything from scratch which was handy. Beach towels were provided. Kitchen had plenty of crockery, glasses etc, even a coffee machine. Car parking is sought-after in the vicinity so the garage and own car-parking space was extremely useful. The pool was clean, well maintained and quiet, plenty of sunbeds. Near to bus stop and supermarket, promenade and bars.

There were some issues but were small in comparison to the pros of the apartment: TV reception was poor for many of the channels. Some of the appliances needed attention, one ring doesn’t work on the hob, bulbs have gone in some of the lights, kitchen lights very dim, difficult to see. Air-con doesn’t seem to work. Could do with some instructions: took us a while to find that the hob light extractor only works when being pulled out, oven is tricky to use, it would be useful to have emergency numbers, evacuation plans etc. We both found the bed was uncomfortably hard. The car-park is a challenge, with tight sharp angles and a very steep drive to exit out of.

Everything was fantastic host was great, we came very late because we have issues with airliner because of baggage but he waited for us late with no additional charge. Apartment is more beautiful than on pictures and there are lot more details that are not mentioned in description. We rented a car so garage was very welcome, garage is also better then on pictures. Los gigantes is fantastic location to stay and in September place to watch fantastic sunsets.

Do not worry about the few ratings: this place is very good and very good value for money! The host Iwona is very helpful and friendly. The apartment is spacious, well equipped. The balcony is large, we ate almost all the time there.

The kitchen knifes were rather funny than useful for real cooking, the frying pans are quite worn out. The furnitures are not fixed to the walls so if you come with small children you need to be careful not to leave them alone (and maybe move some things to safe place as we did). The double bed is slightly narrow if you are used to a bigger one (maybe 140cm wide).
