The location was awesome. During our stay no one come to clean the property but it was very safe location.

Location was great

Property was a little tired, but we had booked a particular unit and it was unavailable due to a water leak. Our hosts arranged an alternative for us but it only had one double bed where the original apartment we booked had two, which is why we booked it. Can't fault the effort as the water leak was obviously beyond their control and we were only staying the one night, so can't complain.

Location is wonderful. Flat very comfortable and spacious, clearly effort is made to make people feel welcome.

Salt and pepper shakers could be provided, as could washing powder and softener for washing machine and soap for dishwasher. It was given once requested… arrangement of the plates in certain cupboards etc relative to kitchen is odd. Could have a few ‘Tupperware’ style containers for salads etc. hot water takes a long time to come through especially in the main ensuite and the shower head could be better.

We loved the location and space of the apartment.

Nothing really

Excellent location, good size apartment with most things needed. Trying to give a balanced review, but see my negative comments below.

We had a problem, not being able to lock one large window (the size of a large door)on the first night (it was unlocked when we arrived), called the manager, wouldn’t send anyone to help. On pressing saying we didn’t feel comfortable leaving it unsecured, the owner said he would pay for us to stay in a hotel. So in good faith and at inconvenience for ourselves, we booked and paid for one as we didn’t feel safe staying in an unsecured first floor apartment. The owner has now refused to refund us saying there was nothing wrong with the lock. Had it been locked to start with it may have helped. His manager saw our efforts on a video call and accepted we couldn’t lock it yet didn’t offer to come and help. It was the owners suggestion to book a hotel. The owner will no doubt come on here and make derogatory comments about me, he’s already been very insulting, bringing my nationality into it for no reason. Maybe he didn’t like my feedback that the apartment was also in need of a lick of paint and a good clean. So to anyone looking to book, just be aware. I ended up inconvenienced, out of pocket, and left with a very sour view of the owner who clearly has a chip on his shoulder about something.

If the people above the apartment did not make so much noise and moving chairs all night it would have been much better

Nice spacious place with good views.

Too much noise from people upstairs and getting out of the property was not easy as the gate wouldn't open several times.
