"Stunning property - highly recommend"

It was clean, tidy, fresh and was finished to a high standard! We couldn’t stop saying how nice it was. There were 4 of us who were away for the weekend for our annual UW conference and it was so nice to come home to a clean home that did feel like a home from home.

Very comfortable and spacious house, everything you need is there, there’s a lovely little garden to chill and easy access to everywhere including shops. Good value for money.

The only improvement I’d suggest is to have blinds in the bedrooms as I got woken by daylight but that’s just me.

It's like a home away from home. All the basic necessities are provided. I would definitely recommend to anyone who wish to stay over if they are in Coventry as I love the place.

If you have heavy luggage, you may have trouble carrying it up the stairs.

The house was fantastic - a good size, exceptionally clean, good location (15 mins walk to the city centre), lovely bedrooms with all the linen you could need for various group configurations and well stocked with all the essentials - everything had been thought of to make our stay easy and enjoyable. I had mentioned that we were a group of childhood friends getting together to celebrate a significant birthday year and Samantha left a card, cake and prosecco, which was a lovely, thoughtful touch. We had a fabulous weekend and would all recommend this property.

"Highly recommend!"

The house was spotless and had everything we needed. I wish we could have stayed longer! Comfortable, clean beds, good heating, lovely dining area, kitchen was well supplied with utensils and good WiFi. Good location as we were about 20 minutes drive from Warwick Castle and in a quiet area. Information booklet was helpful and just overall the 5 of us really enjoyed our stay.
