Fui totalmente hostilizada e expulsa da propriedade com a desculpa de fazer barulho ao descer e subir as escadas, na verdade um episódio de transfobia, tive o flat invadido, quase apanhei do gerente e ainda tive que lidar com a polícia britânica que após tentar me coagir pelo fato de ser uma imigrante transexual brasileira poderia ser expulsa de madrugada, mas que não obteve êxito tendo assim que me permitir ficar na cidade até a manhã seguinte. Absurdo!

Communication with the owner was excellent. The apartment was central clean and everything needed for are stay . Will stay again if we go back to Liverpool

Location was good

Tried to check in at 3pm. Bed wasn’t made. No clean towels. Was told to come back. Came back still no towels, bed wasn’t made. Not even a quarter of toilet paper. Was told they’d leave me water in the fridge as a good will gesture. Guess what nothing! Definitely not be back

Few issues things missing but we were offered a discount next stay to make up for it
