Proximity to ocean and area attractions.

Long walks to vehicle with confusing floor levels and slow elevators. Room was not as expected at time of booking.

Everything

All of the pools smell like pee when we got out... So many people are in and out of those pools, and hot tubs, that when you get out your skin smells like human piss. Also your eyes would slightly burn not much but slightly burn... A pool with chlorine will not make your eyes burn until that chemical is mixed with human piss.. once the chlorine is mixed with the ammonia from the urine it creates a compound that makes your eyes burn... Long story short your pools and Hot tubs make you smell like human pee

we have always enjoyed the Landmark.

the room we rented was an Air B n B. we didn’t have access to any food/restaurants we couldn’t even buy a drink on the premises nor the water park because we rented third party! That is absolutely STUPID!!!

Great location, Room was updated and clean. The staff was friendly.

I booked off site so I was told we not use the restaurants or bar because they didn't take cash/credit cards. This was very disappointing. I booked partly because there was going to be a new water park opening summer of 2022 well by August 2022 still not near to be finished. I didn't count 17 pools but the ones there were big.
