The room was clean and fragrant. The appliances and furniture were all working perfectly.

I hope they would improve their customer service. He/She was responsive at first. But on the booked day, the responses were delayed that we ended going to the wrong room.

Just the location and the responsiveness of the staff.

There are lot of issues in the facilities: - AC is leaking - Sink is clogged - No heater unless we adjust which might post an issue to the voltage - The bed is uncomfortable and the sheets are smelly - No blower
