Matty's Home - Center - SEA View - FREE PARKING - Strategic area

Matty was so helpful and accommodating, always available to answer any questions about Sam Remo and very friendly when we arrived. Great location and the balcony has a sea view. Exceptionally clean flat.

Only (minor!) complaint was that the air-conditioning was so loud in the bedroom it was hard to sleep peacefully and the curtain let a lot of light in.

Everything else not mentioned that I did not like.

The bathroom shower holder was loose so it couldn't hold it up properly. The apartment wasn't very sound proof so we could hear neighbours talking in the corridor and outside at times.

Absolutely wonderful

Very cosy and spacious apartment with a view over sanremo from the terrace. Ideally located, just few minutes walk to the nicest part of the city center. The parking place is also a big plus.

The traffic noise from the street in the bedroom. There was continuous traffic from early in the morning and it was very loud even with the windows closed due to the apartment being on the first floor and motorcycles decibels (that’s italy 😉) After the first night we decided to sleep on the sofa bed in the living room which fortunately was all prepared with sheets and comfortable for us.

Lovely very clean flat with everything you need, nice to be able to do the laundry, kitchen is well equipped, view is lovely and host is very welcoming.

Matty's Home is a great place, especially if you want something different than a standard hotel. It's a nice and fully equipped apartment in a centric area of Sanremo. Sitting on the balcony, you feel a bit like belonging there :-) All equipment is available (TV, washing machine, dishwasher, ironing etc) and the basic consumables (washing tablets, shampoo and even coffee and some drinks) are there. The airco is working very well, same as wifi. Free advice: you can rent a bike downtown in Sanremo and this gives you a great way to see the city and its surroundings.

All was well in the apartment, but it must be noted that Sanremo is a steepy place. Walking around, to the center and beach and back is not hard but you need to be somewhat fit :-)

Outstanding view of the sea and the town. Very well equipped kitchen with welcoming drink (cold beer 😉), charming balcony for leasure and free parking witch in almost impossible to find in Sanremo. Walkable to the city centre. The host and his parents were very welcoming and gave us excellent addresses to make the most of our stay.

The bed was well sized but was a bit firm. Be aware that there is some traffic noise - wasn’t a big issue for us but good to know.
