The accommodation was excellent. The hosts were very respectful and always willing to help at every step. The house was very clean. There were convenient places nearby for shopping. If I come to Zagreb again, I would definitely consider staying here again.

Sve je super sto se tice samog apartmana, opremljenosti i komfora. Kvalitetno opremljen i jako čist. Lokacija je idealna.

Keybox lokacija je apsolutno besmislena, pogotovo ako dolazite po mraku, jako tesko se orijentirati i pronaci kljuceve apartmana. Imali smo nesporazum oko parkinga, provjerite dobro ukoliko vam treba parking potrebno ga je dodatno potvrditi.

I liked that it was clean, spacious, functional, well equipped, with a good bed and supportive staff. For me, the location was also perfect.

I didn't like that there were so many written rules and warnings, with an emphasis on paying for every violation, usually in the amount of 200 euros. What particularly bothered me was the prohibition that no one could enter the apartment without first obtaining consent from the organizer. That means, for example, if someone accompanies me to the house, I cannot invite them in for tea. The other rules were normal rules of good behavior, but such an emphasis on them and the threat of penalty made me feel unwelcome. I felt uncomfortable, always aware that I had to be careful not to break any of their rules. Also, the apartment key was kept outside, hard to find and located a 5-minute walk from the apartment. When leaving, I had to return it to the same place, not in a mailbox, which took me 10 minutes to walk there and back, in the rain. Because of this, even though everything else was good, I cannot give a rating of 10. Also, I cannot say whether my expectations were met because I really didn’t expect that, while the apartment itself was very good.

Apartman je dobar, ali sama usluga odnosno komunikacija sa objektom koja se vodi putem bezbroj imejlova i sms poruka je opterećujuća i neprimerena!

Platili smo apartman sa parkingom koji je oglašen putem Booking-a. Dobili smo apartman bez parkinga i do kraja boravaka nismo imali parking mesto. Telefonsku komunikaciju u vezi sa tim dodatno su nam naplatili 15 eura. Mejl sa uputstvom za ulazak u apartman stigao nam je neposredno pred ulazak, te nam je bilo potrebno još barem pola sata za „proučavanje“ uputstva i snalaženje u prostoru. Nisu poštovali ni dogovor za raniji check-in bez obzira na saglasnost datu sa naše strane. Nisu nam omogućili ni da platimo raniji check-in bez obzira što apartman nije bio rentiran dan pre. Za ovakav koncept pružanja usluge može se reći sve, samo ne da je profesionalan i efikasan. Razočarenje.
