Az hogy kifizettem a szállást és érkezéskor még kaukciot kértek szerettem volna megnézni a szállást és azt mondta fizessem ki a kaukciot aztán megnézhetjük igy ugy döntöttünk hogy elbukjuk a kifizetett pénz inkább mint hogy kitaláljon valmit es a kaukcio árát ami 150£ lett volna nem adja vissza és nagyon lekezelő volt az illető akivel a telefonon beszéltünk !!!!

After booking and paying via Booking.com for “Stylish Apartment”, additional requirements were disclosed only after payment and were not clearly stated in advance, including: – a £150 deposit – request for personal identification (ID) – request for credit card / payment details The £150 deposit was requested to be paid by credit card through an external guest portal, not via the Booking.com payment system. If these requirements are not met, access to the apartment is refused and the paid amount is not refunded. Guests should be clearly informed of all conditions before payment, and requests for credit card details outside the Booking.com platform should be treated with caution. I recommend others to be extremely careful before booking or sharing personal or financial information.

Have access to full kitchen facilities was very nice and allowed us to have proper cooked meals, cutlery and crockery was well stocked for our cooking needs also.
