"Very pleasant - better than Star City!"

Decent breakfast, although some of the options ran short by the middle of the breakfast period. Good sized room. Friendly and efficient staff.

Everything was fine, although the HIE quirk of a single, pivoting door to close off either the toilet or the whole bathroom always seems rather ridiculous.

"Frustrating."

Lady at the bar was lovely. Room was good.

The World Cup was on but the woman at the front desk wouldn’t put the game on saying they did t have license, but it was on terrestrial tv. We were a groups and wanted to sit in the bar and watch the game, we weren’t rowdy and weee respectful but it felt like we weren’t wanted or welcomed. This was disappointing as we stay at Holiday inns a fair bit. Will probably look elsewhere next time. Very disappointed.
